How to change the number of stamps on a customer’s card?

1. Is the number of stamps incorrect?

Don’t worry, you can edit the number of stamps to the correct value.

2. Ask the customer to show the card

• If the customer uses an iPhone, ask them to open the Apple Wallet app.
• If they use Android, ask them to open the Google Wallet app.

3. Access the Card Maintenance screen

4. Scan the Customer’s QR Code

1. With the Card Maintenance screen open, click the “Scan QR Code” button.
2. Point the camera at the QR Code on the customer’s loyalty card, or manually enter the customer’s card code.
3. Enter the correct number of stamps.
4. Click the “Submit” button.

After confirmation:

• The number of stamps will be automatically updated on the customer’s card.
• The customer will receive a confirmation email.
