How to add the card?
📲 How to add your loyalty card
Section titled “📲 How to add your loyalty card”Adding the card is simple and takes less than a minute.
You just need to access the link sent by the business or scan the QR Code available in the store.
1️⃣ Open the campaign link
Section titled “1️⃣ Open the campaign link”When you open the link, you will see the “Add to my Phone” screen with a preview of the card.
2️⃣ Enter your email
Section titled “2️⃣ Enter your email”Type your valid email address in the indicated field.
This email is important in case you need to add the card again in the future.
After that, click “Next Step”.
3️⃣ Tap the add-to-wallet button
Section titled “3️⃣ Tap the add-to-wallet button”After clicking Next Step, the system automatically detects your device and will display only one button:
- 🍎 Add to Apple Wallet (if you are using an iPhone)
or - 🤖 Add to Google Wallet (if you are using Android)
Only one option will be shown, depending on your device.
Tap the displayed button to continue.
4️⃣ Confirm the addition
Section titled “4️⃣ Confirm the addition”Simply confirm adding the card to your digital wallet.
Done! The card will be saved on your phone.
🎁 How does it work after adding?
Section titled “🎁 How does it work after adding?”Once the card is saved in your digital wallet:
- Show the card at the establishment.
- The staff will scan the QR Code.
- Your stamps will be added automatically.
- When you complete the required number of stamps, you can redeem your reward.
🔔 To receive notifications
Section titled “🔔 To receive notifications”To receive messages and updates from the establishment:
- Keep notifications enabled in your digital wallet.
- On iPhone, keep Automatic Updates enabled for the card.
💡 Important
Section titled “💡 Important”You do not need to download any additional apps.
The card works directly inside your phone’s digital wallet.
